Our return policy for 50 days after the sale date is firstly to contact us to register your problem, and we will reply to you with specific instructions depending on the item. For faulty goods - we usually replace the item after you send it back to us for testing. And in this case we will usually refund your return postage costs. In some cases we will refund instead of replacing. If you find the item unsuitable - you can return the item for a refund of the original purchase price less a 15% restocking fee. Provided the returned item is in good and undamaged condition as determined by us after examination. You will also have to pay for the return postage.
Our cutoff time for postage is 2pm on weekdays. If you buy an antenna with any other items before cutoff time, then we can ship them all together. In this case you will be only be charged postage based on the total weight of the order.
